The one, the only, the first and the largest of its kind of development of integrated multi sports & cultural arena, under the PPP model with DDA at Sector 19B, Dwarka, New Delhi. A 50.4 acre destination with 3-side road approach, 11 entrances and 11 car drop-offs. A multiplace with 5 major focal points - sports, commercial, a 5-star rated club & hotel, food and social avenues, 3 drive throughs, 2211 ECS and space for additional surface car parking with provision for expansion. The Sports District with ICC and FIFA standard Outdoor Cricket, Indoor and Football Stadium. Seating capacity of 30,000* and can go upto 40,000 seating and Indoor Stadium, 2000 seating capacity. Can host live shows & performances by International fame artists with a capacity upto 1 Lakh pax. An olympic size pool with 8 lanes, Multi sports arena able to host WWE, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo etc
